Hadriel

Hadriel Lavandros, among the most wealthy and influential people of Chamyra.
Upon Chamyra's loss in the war against Akkara, he's committed to make the most of the situation.

Hadriel is capricious, theatrical and has a tendency to be overconfident and impulsive. With that said, he's not stupid, and he's not a man to be underestimated. He can be both cunning and ruthless if he has to. He has an eerie ability to read and judge people, and with his infectious charm and skill with words, he knows how to win people over.
For the most part though, he's genuinely compassionate, and doesn't find any pleasure in hurting others.
Hadriel craves affection and sensual pleasure alike, and seeks it in many different places. He's married to Mesheret, although they live apart, and together they have 2 children - Charos and Elenia. Their marriage was more of a mutually beneficial union, but they do get along and love each other in their own way.
He lives openly with his paramour, Lotus, whom he is wholeheartedly devoted to. Over the years he has also maintained a lighthearted friends with benefits type relationship with his childhood friend and cousin Tahir. He still engages in the occasional passionate encounter or casual affair when someone else grabs his attention.
With a great appetite for all good things in life he leads a rather hedonistic lifestyle. Although very ambitious and hard-working in his younger days, he's settled down a bit in his later years and mostly just wants to lead a comfortable life in pursuit of pleasure and happiness. Of course this can become a bit monotonous and boring, which is why he likes to dabble in politics. 

Hadriel is 36-years old.
